Down to earth culture and individual responsibility

Sigma's everyday work is characterized by a down to earth culture and individual responsibility. It is within a non-prestigious working environment with direct decision making that dynamic creativity is found. Sigma encourages its personnel to develop, both professionally and in themselves, through, for example internal and external training.

Variety and stimulation

The work of a Sigma consultant is both variable and stimulating, involving contact with Swedish and international companies and organizations. We have general agreements with many of our customers, which emphasize the importance of competence and long term relationships. We jobs are performed as comprehensive assignments. In such cases work is carried out between companies with colleagues in one company working directly with those in others within the Sigma group.

Colleague support

The daily contact between Sigma's consultants and its customers is one factor that contributes to how Sigma is perceived. The ability of our representatives to understand the needs of the customer is crucial to Sigma's success.

As a consultant you spend the majority of your time visiting customers, but as a Sigma employee you are still part of a team of co-workers and supervisors. We arrange joint activities in the form of courses, seminars, information meetings and a variety of social activities. You get to know your colleagues, who are always there to provide support if and when you need it.

Young, well qualified company

Sigma is a young, well qualified company. The average age is about 37. At the same time it is important and advantageous for a young organization to have personnel with long term, sound experience. The majority of Sigma personnel have a university education behind them, about 73 percent having a degree of some kind. Most of these have a Master of Engineering degree, majoring in computer science, but ever more are educated in systems science or integration and analysis. About 27 percent of the employees in the Sigma Group are women.
