Sourcing management

Sourcing Management is a method of competence support for e.g. outsourcing or integration of development projects. Sigma has gained broad experience partly through our customers which we support in these complex issues but also internally when we integrate and compile our deliveries.

Since Sigma has the strategy of taking total responsibility for deliveries to customers, we have gained vast experience of complex deliveries from various suppliers of both projects and engagement. For us as a company the knowledge gained through this is one of the keys to our success, since our activities are grounded on customer based consultation focusing on the challenges facing the customer.
Sourcing Management involves various components as well as models for delivery, agreements, organization, follow-up and reporting where every situation is unique and demands the compilation of a format that conforms exactly to the situation the customer is facing.
