We offer e-learning that is tailor-made to the educational needs of the client users. With an interactive training program, it is possible to combine business with pleasure and find something that stimulates the individual user. Multimedia offers a multitude of possibilities to simulate reality and create motivation. The user can actively participate in his or her learning process and the acquired knowledge can be applied immediately, which help the memory process.
The same dramaturgy that is used by film producers is readily applied to e-learning production. We plot the storyline, build a set that feels genuine and create characters that the users can identify with. Our toolbox contains photo, film, sound, script and animations, for example. To make our productions credible and accessible, we put a lot of effort into vocabulary and tonality, adapting the style to the client’s corporate culture.
We commit to large information and educational undertakings, comprising the planning stage to final roll out and evaluation. We can also offer stand-alone training in the form of e-learning or individual team members can participate as resources in client projects.

We focus on designing interactive training programs that capacitate the users in their field of work. We create system training programs, as well as attitude changing or work process related e-learning. Our scope ranges over training programs in light of new product launches and to further education or introductory courses for new recruits.

When we develop e-learning our goal is to create an incentive for learning for each individual. We try to engage the users and awake their curiosity and interest to learn more, rather than make them feel compelled or forced.
We use a number of pedagogical approaches to reach different target groups. We are influenced by theories of problem based learning, role play pedagogy and gaming. Our pedagogical visions are realized with the help of solid programming competencies and inspired graphic designers.
