RESOURCE CONSULTING means that we supply the special competencies that are missing in your project. It could be a short or longer engagement. We have an entire team of unique resources that could be matched with your needs.
PROJECT PART The team members of Mediateamet are flexible and used to co-working with representatives from several different organizations where each party brings his or her specialist knowledge to the project. Our engagement could be as part of an external project where one or several members of Mediateamet add their competence to the larger project team.
LARGER UNDERTAKINGS We commit to larger undertakings where we take responsibility for entire educational investments – from the pre-study phase to roll out and evaluation. We arrange workshops, conduct interviews and use reference groups to define target groups and measure their educational need. The pre-study phase leads up to a proposal for the most appropriate educational approach and information strategy - and how to best follow up and evaluate the educational investment once it has been carried out.
