We provide IT operations from our hosting center in Örebro. We work with quality-assured processes based on ITIL for clear and predictable work methods.
With expertise that extends from network technology to system development and architecture, we provide our customers with complete support for operations and administration of entire IT solutions, including application development. Although we work with virtual technology and central solutions for cost efficiency, we retain flexibility so that our customers can choose technology solutions based on their specific preferences.
Sigma provides delivery of all or parts of IT support and IT operations in customers' environments and/or in our own hosting centers.
