OFFICE SERVICES

These services are adapted to customer-specific system environments in which the customer owns servers and licenses or leases them from Sigma/Cypoint. The servers are normally located in our server centers but can also be at customer sites. We offer either full or partial function support that encompasses help desks, remote monitoring, remote service (such as remote backups) and on-site support. Desktop Management entails that we also administer the clients via remote connections. The service Sigma/Cypoint Managed Desktop is the central solution for your company's collective needs of internal IT functions. We offer this service as a leasing solution. You subscribe to services, infrastructure and licenses at a flat monthly rate.

CAPACITY SERVICES

This service includes CPU power, RAM resources, storage and network capacity, entirely adapted to customer needs. Customers pay for utilized capacity by the month at a flat allocation rate for specified minimum and maximum requirements.

FUNCTION UNDERTAKINGS

Sigma/Cypoint takes responsibility for developing or administering one or more functions so that customers can concentrate more on their core activities.

SERVICE MANAGEMENT

We have the expertise, system support and methods for managing effective IT deliveries. We work process-oriented in compliance with ITIL and can take responsibility for management of both individual processes and comprehensive undertakings, often in an adapted form for interaction with our customers' processes and needs. Our methodology entails that our customers have full insight into our processes and activities.

SERVICE DESK

All operational and support measures are initially handled by the our Service Desk. Cases are registered with Sigma/Cypoint either by calling the Service Desk or by customers registering their cases online. Users can also search for solutions to problems in the system's solution database. All cases are routed to the Service Desk.

We believe that it is important to have full access to the resources needed for a successful and high-quality IT delivery. Because we own our data centers ourselves and are self-supporting when it comes to the services offered, we can take full responsibility for the entire chain in our deliveries and offer all-encompassing SLAs without being dependent on third parties.
