IT & Management comprises several services and can be grouped into three main areas: systems development, business systems and management services. Management services include commitments as well as individual specialists and resources. In the market, we call these Managed Services and Specialized Services.
The main part of our operation is based in Sweden, in the local market. We work closely with our customers in long-term relationships and participate in their development in a natural way. Our cooperation has led to the establishment of operations in England, Finland, the US and Canada. As well as making coordinated deliveries, these operations also do a great deal of work integrating with our information logistics operations, especially in the Ukraine.
Our customers are mainly large companies with high demands on functionality where IT support is business and operation-critical. We also have many significant mid-size customers in trade and industry and the public sector, including municipalities, county councils, government departments and private companies. The majority of our delivery units are quality certified in accordance with ISO standards.
