The world changes, partly because we are involved in changing it. Our goal is to constantly find the smartest solution. What may be smart at the moment, may not necessarily be smart tomorrow. The big challenge is finding solutions that are sustainable for our customers, ourselves and the rest of the world.
Within the company, we express the same challenge for all countries where we operate. It drives all our employees, assignments and companies: If there is a smarter solution, we will find it.
This attitude drives us forward and ensures that we don’t get caught in old ways of thinking. It creates a joint culture throughout the entire company.
