Sigma AB has been awarded the AAA credit rating by Soliditet. This means that we have received the highest possible credit rating and thus have a strong financial base. This in turn provides security to customers, suppliers and business partners, and is a strong testimony to our ability to live up to our undertakings.
Soliditet’s AAA rating system utilizes data from various open sources. To receive a triple-A rating, a company must among other things, have key figures that are significantly higher than the industry norm. In all, about 2 percent of Sweden's businesses have a triple-A credit rating.
"We've worked continuously to improve our financial base," says Lars Sundqvist, CFO. "This is proof that our efforts have produced results. That Sigma is among the 2 percent to have this rating makes us very happy and proud, but to retain the AAA rating, we must keep both our sales and finances in good balance."
