Assignment description

Take overall lead within the climate system area together with R&D and cross functional functions
Test and analyze current status with purpose to identify new needs and possibilities
Hands on tests and settings on machines and support machine deliveries when needed

Education:
Deep understanding for the complexity in climate systems, both in theory and practice (airflow, coolant flow, temperature control, heat exchange, the influence of the environment etc)
Systematic thinking
Ability to dig into details without losing the entirety
Enjoy working in a cross functional team and has the ability to encourage the team and drive tasks to results
Beneficial with a proven background from climate system area in high precision products
