Durability Test Engineer

Assignment description

We are looking for a consultant to support durability testing, evaluation and reporting of structural and mechanically load-bearing components. The assignment includes hands-on testing, analysis of mechanical behaviour under load and vibration, and structured technical reporting supporting ongoing development work.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or a related field

• Experience performing durability testing of mechanical systems or components

• Ability to analyse test outcomes and produce clear documentation

• Proficiency in Swedish and English

• Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary engineering teams

Meriting:

• Experience with hydraulic test rigs or MTS systems

• Knowledge of mechanical components exposed to loads, vibration, fatigue and long-term durability

• Familiarity with methods and tools used for verification of mechanical performance

Responsibilities:

• Conduct durability tests on mechanical structures and assemblies

• Perform analyses and evaluate component performance

• Create clear and concise test reports

• Collaborate with engineering teams during verification activities

Location: Stockholm 2-3 days on site
