Role Description
The consultant will administrate and review technical documentation within projects, primarily related to engineering activities, using document management systems. The role involves reviewing documentation against requirements and collaborating closely with engineering teams that generate the documents.
The consultant will support tendering, engineering, or operations teams by controlling, monitoring, distributing, and storing documentation for small to medium-sized tenders and low-complexity projects. All documentation must be maintained in compliance with company procedures regarding format, registration, numbering, filing, version control, and document release.
Key Responsibilities

Manage documentation deliverables within MACH R&D projects/products in line with project and company requirements

Act as the main point of contact for documentation requirements within GI MACH

Review documentation and coordinate with engineering stakeholders

Ensure correct document storage and version control in document management systems

Monitor and follow up on planned documentation deliveries throughout project execution

Provide clear reporting and maintain regular communication with stakeholders

Minimum Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
-
0–3 years of relevant work experience
-
Experience working efficiently in a computer-based environment
-
Previous exposure to document management or database tools is an advantage

Fluency in English
Preferred Background & Skills
-
Over 3 years of experience in documentation management
-
Background in document control within R&D environments
-
Proficiency in document management and database tools
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus
-
Familiarity with xECM and InEight is considered a plus
