Contribute across the full product lifecycle, from concept to mass production, solving complex mechanical challenges and advancing new technologies. Lead detailed design and optimization of VR/AR/Wearables audio modules with the Acoustic Render Lead, including micro-speaker modules with insert-molded steel plates and acoustic meshes. Serve as the primary vendor contact for DFM and tolerance discussions, coordinating with external teams (CM/JDM/Vendors). Oversee external partner contributions, define new design processes, and support on-site and remote prototype builds. Design and test prototypes for acoustic and mechanical validation and prepare CAD simulation data for optimization. Support integration of microphone arrays in VR/AR/Wearables and collaborate cross-functionally on mechanical integration.
