We are looking for a Junior Technical Writer to join our team and provide professional technical documentation for our partner in the telecommunication field.

About key responsibilities in a nutshell:

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and customer support, to produce accurate and comprehensive documentation for both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background, exceptional writing skills, and a passion for making complex concepts understandable to a diverse audience. Working as a consultant, you will be in an international work environment and be based in our Budapest office.

What would be your tasks as a Technical Writer?

• Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, manuals, and release notes.
• Publish internal and external customer product information libraries.
• Create and update technical documentation to reflect product changes and enhancements.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and adherence to industry standards.
• Work closely with product managers, software engineers, and quality assurance teams to stay informed about product updates and changes.
• Participate in meetings with active engagement, gather information and understand technical concepts.

Basic qualifications

• BSc/MSc degree in a relevant field (e.g. English Studies, Information Technology, Computer Science)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate them effectively
• Good multitasking ability and independent problem-solving skills
• Strong research and analytical skills
