Senior iOS Developer

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior iOS Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing high-quality mobile applications for the iOS platform, with a focus on code quality, user experience, and performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain advanced applications and ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced iOS applications
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Stay up-to-date with new iOS technologies and industry trends
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices

Basic qualifications

• Proven experience as an iOS Developer with a strong portfolio of released applications on the App Store
• Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C programming languages
• Experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, and UIKit
• Strong understanding of mobile app design principles and UI/UX standards
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
• Experience with version control tools, preferably Git
• Ability to optimize applications for performance and scalability

Preferred additional skills, personal traits and experience

• Experience with automated testing and performance tuning
• Knowledge of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) tools
