Are you ready to make an impact in a major transformation journey? We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support a large-scale system and process harmonization project within People & Culture. This is your chance to work with an engaged, collaborative team driving meaningful change across the organization.
What You’ll Do
As Project Coordinator, you’ll be the right hand to the Project Manager, helping keep everything on track and moving forward. Your role will include:
- Planning and coordinating project activities
- Collecting and consolidating updates from stakeholders
- Tracking tasks and following up on deadlines
- Facilitating communication with IT on system-related topics
- Supporting process harmonization and system decoupling efforts
- Maintaining a positive, people-centered project environment
- Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing notes
- Updating project plans and risk registers
- Documenting progress and ensuring accurate records

Technical Competence
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Organization, HR, Change Management)
- Good understanding of HR systems
- Leadership experience
- Experience coordinating change projects within HRIT/HR digitalization
- Strong skills in Swedish and English
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience in stakeholder management and team facilitation
