FPGA Developer

Assignment description

We are seeking a skilled FPGA Developer for an assignment based in Lund. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing FPGA solutions tailored to project requirements. The role involves close collaboration with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of FPGA-based systems.

• Design and develop FPGA logic according to project specifications
• Write and maintain HDL code for FPGA implementations
• Develop test benches and perform functional verification
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to integrate FPGA modules
• Debug and optimize FPGA designs for performance and resource utilization

Basic qualifications:

• Experience with FPGA development and programming
• Proficiency in hardware description languages such as VHDL or Verilog
• Familiarity with FPGA design tools (e.g., Xilinx Vivado, Intel Quartus)
• Ability to read and understand digital circuit schematics

Preferred additional skills, personal traits, experience:

• Experience with embedded systems
• Knowledge of signal processing concepts
• Familiarity with scripting languages for automation (e.g., Python)
• Experience with simulation and verification tools
