Are you passionate about audio technology and want to work with cutting-edge solutions alongside world-leading brands? We’re looking for a Mid-Level Audio & Acoustics Engineer to join our expert team of consultants at Sigma Connectivity in Lund, Sweden.

Together with your team members, you’ll design, integrate, and deliver advanced audio solutions for a variety of customer projects. You will work closely with colleagues within the audio and acoustics group, as well as across other areas of expertise such as mechanics, radio/antenna, and electronics, as part of a cross-functional project team.

You'll also have direct communication with our US-based clients and collaborate closely with our sales and project management teams.

Your role will include:

• Hands-on technical work, including audio measurements using tools like Head Acoustics ACQUA, Listen SoundCheck, or Audio Precision
• Developing and automating tests (primarily using Python)
• Analyzing measurement data and presenting findings
• Engaging with clients to identify needs and propose technical solutions

Required qualifications:

• BSc or MSc in Audio Engineering, Acoustics, or a related field
• Strong experience with audio measurement tool/s, such as Head Acoustics ACQUA, Listen SoundCheck, and/or Audio Precision.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Understanding of analog and digital audio systems
• Programming experience in Python
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Critical listening skills and strong analytical thinking

Bonus if you have:

• Hands-on experience in DSP development
• Knowledge of acoustic simulations (e.g., lumped parameter models, FEM/COMSOL)
• Basic understanding of C++, C#, or MATLAB
