Electrical Senior Engineer

Our customer is looking for a Electrical Senior Engineer.

The role is to have both electrical technical
background and leading characteristics.
Position is 100% in Ludvika office. Some
remote work (1-2 days/week) might be possible
in dialogue with hiring manager.
English mandatory, Swedish is a merit.
Hiring manager is looking for a candidate that is
senior but does not need to have 15+ years of
experience.
Key areas of responsibility:
Engineering development:
Ensuring that engineering is developed with
complete information and/or that all
multidisciplinary information has been included.
Leading development of new solutions for
complex projects and challenges.
Driving completion of all engineering activities
on the project.
Coordinating engineering discipline across
several projects.
Providing technical support for testing,
installation and commissioning activities.
Designing and conducting experiments,
analyzing and interpreting the data.
Preparing complete project documents in area
of responsibility.
May act as a design authority for a particular
engineering discipline

Job Description
• Preparation of Requirement specifications in
line with HVDC main auxiliary power system,
HVDC and customer contract
requirements.
• Close coordination with civil building and
small power detail designer/ contractors /
partners.
• Cross function collaboration with other HVDC
disciplines.
• Detail review of supplier documents Ex. Small
power system single line diagram, panel circuit
diagrams , schematics, layouts, Lighting and
selectivity calculations, small power cable ways
design etc.
• Understand the HVDC EMC and RFI
requirements and ensure the same in the
contractor’s deliverables.
• Review of building small power system
equipment grounding system.
• Participate in BIM review.
• Preparation of tender and project documents.
• Cost estimation of engineering work during
the tender submission.
