Audio & Acoustics Engineer

As an Audio & Acoustics Engineer based in Lund, you will engage in audio and acoustic development ranging from early concept stages and component selection to acoustic design. Your role includes conducting measurements, implementing Python-based test automation, performing analysis, integration, and optimization within real product development projects. You will collaborate closely with customers and multidisciplinary engineering teams to solve complex audio and acoustic challenges.

• Develop audio and acoustic concepts and select suitable components
• Perform acoustic design and conduct measurements using professional audio measurement systems
• Implement Python-based test automation for audio/acoustic testing
• Analyze data and optimize acoustic performance in product development
• Integrate audio and acoustic aspects into multidisciplinary engineering teams and collaborate with customers to solve challenges

Basic qualifications:

• Experience with professional audio measurement systems such as Head Acoustics ACQUA, Listen SoundCheck, or Audio Precision
• Solid understanding of audio and acoustics

Preferred additional skills, personal traits, experience:

• Experience in DSP development
• Knowledge of acoustic simulation, COMSOL/FEM
• Familiarity with electroacoustic design
