Senior Project Manager / Project Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled, business-oriented Senior Project Manager / Project Leader with a strong background in IT governance, service management, and the Microsoft ecosystem. In this role, you will lead strategic development initiatives within Service Management, Future Workplace, and Microsoft technologies. You will collaborate closely with Group IT service owners and global divisions to drive the evolution and continuous improvement of IT applications, infrastructure, security, and AI capabilities. This position is based in Malmö and offers an opportunity to join our global IT management community and make impactful contributions to our business objectives.

• Lead the strategic development and evolution of Service Management, Future Workplace, and Microsoft ecosystem initiatives
• Collaborate closely with Group IT service owners and global divisions to implement IT transformations
• Drive continuous improvement across IT applications, infrastructure, IT security, and artificial intelligence
• Support business stakeholders in achieving their objectives through effective IT solutions and governance

Basic qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within a global company
• Strong business-oriented mindset with the ability to underpin strategic IT decisions with business cases and operating models
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint

Preferred additional skills, personal traits, experience:

• Experience with IT governance and leadership
• Proficiency in Service Management and ServiceNow platforms
• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem including Digital Workplace, E5, M365, Copilot, and Entra ID
