Process Developer / TSO User Journey Owner
Location: Södertälje Scope: 100%;
Hybrid – minimum 3 days/week onsite required Start: ASAP Duration: Until end of 2026, with possibility of extension.
Online Assignment Overview We are looking for a TSO User Journey Owner (Process Developer) with hands-on experience as a Technical System Owner (TSO).
This is a key requirement, and candidates must have previously worked in a TSO role, ideally within the "Customer" Group (e.g., Scania or MAN), to ensure fast onboarding and continuity. In addition to the core responsibilities, the role also involves collecting and addressing stakeholder questions and concerns, as well as developing clear, usable instructions and governance frameworks.
This is not a technical development role. Instead, the assignment focuses on system ownership, governance, and cross-functional coordination, with the goal of structuring and improving how system ownership is managed across the organization. The role will involve building and driving a user journey and roadmap for system ownership, linked to ongoing initiatives such as TMS1.
Responsibilities: -Drive the development and structuring of system ownership (TSO) user journey and roadmap -Understand and map system landscapes and ownership structures, including meta-models -Work cross-functionally with TSOs, VFOs, architecture teams, and other stakeholders -Consolidate input from multiple teams into clear guidelines and ways of working -Collect questions, concerns, and feedback from stakeholders, and provide clear and actionable answers -Develop and document instructions, frameworks, and governance models that are usable in practice -Ensure clear communication and alignment across a complex organizational structure -
Actively drive progress and ensure that decisions and structures are implemented Experience: Must Have -Proven hands-on experience working as a Technical System Owner (TSO) -Strong understanding of: -System ownership models -Governance structures -System landscapes -Experience working in large and complex organizations -Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders Nice to Have: -Experience within "Customer" Group (Scania, MAN) or similar environments -Experience working with: -Ownership meta-models -Process development / ways of working Cross-domain coordination initiatives Personal / Soft Skills: -Strong stakeholder management and networking skills -Highly structured and methodical, with the ability to translate complex input into clear direction -Action-oriented and proactive, with the ability to drive progress -Excellent communication and documentation skills -Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities -Ability to simplify complexity and create clarity Other Specifications: -This role requires a strong understanding of system ownership and governance, rather than technical development expertise -The ideal candidate combines practical TSO experience with the ability to structure, guide, and improve organizational ways of working
